Established on April 3rd 2010,
after over 3 years of operation, GLN English Club is well-known as a
friendly speaking English environment in Hanoi. So far, GLN English
club has become more and more popular among English lovers. It has
achieved the great improvements not only in quantity but also in quality, which
has strictly followed GLN English Club’s mission statement: “Create
an active and friendly environment for everyone to improve English
skills”.
GLN English
Club is currently looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates for the
positions of “Key Members” of GLN English Club.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for being MC
in the weekly meetings
- Participate
actively and regularly in the weekly meetings
- Develop and
implement marketing actions (mainly online marketing)
- Held the meetings,
workshops and events in the club
- Prepare
logic tasks if required
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Be first and second year
students in universities and colleges in Hanoi
- Fluent in
spoken and written English
- Enthusiastic,
highly responsible for on-duty tasks
- Good at
communication and teamwork skills
- Basic
IT skills, especially Microsoft Office

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The 1st Round – Application Round
- The
closing date to apply for the position before 10 pm,October
13th, 2013.
- The
results of application will be announced on October 15th, 2013. The
announcement will be sent by Email only.
The 2nd Round – Interview
- Candidates
will have an interview onOctober 20th,
2013
- The
result will be announced by Email on October 22th, 2013
The 3rd Round – Team-work
- Candidates
will be divided into groups and working together in groups. Then, each group
will present in turn.
- The
final result will be announced by Email on October
28th, 2013
